Helloo! I’m Abby (with the goofy ball of fluff, Mushu) 🍄

If you have any dog grooming / handling questions…I’m here for you!!! I have a level 3 City and Guilds qualification in dog grooming, learning under one of Team UK’s master groomers in Dogs Delight. With 4 years of hands on experience in my own salon, I have worked with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments.

Other than that - Mushu and I are always learning new tricks and happy to help with any tricks you’re keen on learning!

Being an owner to a reactive dog in the past, I’m a big believer in understanding your dog’s limits, advocating for them, and building a strong bond before worrying about fancy behaviours. From passing his Gold KC CGC to competing in KC Rally, everything else I know has been learned through Mushu — and I’m always happy to share our experiences!

Hiya! I’m Darcey

I’ve worked with dogs (and other animals) for over 10 years — from Heathrow’s Animal Reception Centre to London dog day care — and now run my own walking/boarding business for special-needs dogs.

I have an honours degree in Applied Animal Behaviour, but hands-on experience has taught me far more than any classroom ever could.

I own a reactive rescue collie, Charlie, so I’m very used to reading subtle body language and supporting sensitive dogs. I’m also really interested in canine nutrition and how it affects behaviour and health.

I’ll always do my best to answer your questions — and if I don’t know something, I’ll happily go digging!

Hi I’m Charlotte 👋

My journey into dog training began with my first dog, Titan, a 3.5-year-old Doberman who completely changed my life. What started as navigating life with a reactive dog quickly became a deep passion for understanding behaviour, communication, and the power of structured training.

Working through Titan’s reactivity challenges pushed me to grow as a handler. Along the way, we built a strong foundation in advanced obedience, developed clear communication, and strengthened our bond through consistent, thoughtful training. As our skills progressed, we have began exploring scent detection work and Bitework,

Titan has been my greatest teacher. Through patience, setbacks, breakthroughs, and small daily wins, he’s shown me the importance of clarity, consistency, and advocating for your dog. Every challenge shaped not only him, but me.

What began as simply wanting to help my own dog has grown into a genuine passion for the dog training industry.

My long-term goal is to continue expanding my knowledge, refining my skills, and eventually progressing professionally in the field. I’m always learning, always curious, and always working toward better understanding the dogs in front of me.
